Senior Minister
Pete is a Victorian. He grew up in remote Gippsland bushwalking and helping his parents run a school camp. He first took God seriously in the Salvation Army where he played brass band music. As an engineer, he met and married Anna in Sydney and then moved to the Illawarra where they adopted three amazing children Sarah, Mackayla and Connor. Now a minister Pete has served at Dapto, West Wollongong and now Keiraville. He gets a lot of joy from motorbikes and seeing God at work in our lives.
Rev. Jason McPhail
Assistant Minister
Jason joined Keiraville International Church in 2021 as the International Student and 5 PM Service Minister. Jason is married to Paula and has 3 boys. They enjoy Asian and Mediterranean food.
Jason likes relaxing by playing guitar, taking photos, being in the ocean, surfing and snorkelling. Jason and Paula have a visible passion for Jesus and seeing people meet Jesus and walk with him. Together they served as Missionaries in Indonesia for 8 years. They love discipling people in Keiraville with people from Australia and all around the world.
Alicia Johnson
Children and Youth Coordinator
Ali joined Keiraville International Church as a 5pm member in 2017, then served as a co-bible study leader with her husband Tim Johnson. She served on Mission with Tim as Hosts of the Nungalinya Bible College in Darwin for 3 years then returned to KIC where she continues to attend with Tim and their two baby girls.
Ali is passionate about cross-cultural ministry in her role as the Children and Youth Coordinator at KIC. As a Christian- Jamaican and a Teacher she is passionate about training- up children in Jesus, so they don’t depart from it (Proverbs 22:6).
Kathy Watson
Pastoral Care
Kathy began attending KI Church over 13 years ago with her husband and 3 young children. Now a widow and Mother of adults, she retired from nursing after 30 years, but still has a heart for people.
With her practical, friendly manner and sense of humour, she is enjoying working in Pastoral care. Having lived nearly half her life in NZ, she recognises herself as international and promises to never give up either her NZ or Kingdom of God citizenship.
